Who provides locktfin

New checkouts use Stripe Managed Payments, with Link acting as merchant of record for the transaction. The seller entity and transaction terms appear in Checkout and on your receipt. Link handles payment-related tax and transaction support; Nigel provides the app, license delivery and product support. Earlier direct Stripe purchases remain subject to their original transaction terms.
Your license
Single grants you a non-exclusive license to install and use locktfin on one Mac at a time for your own personal or business work. Release the previous activation to move to another Mac. You may not share or resell your license key or redistribute the proprietary app as your own product. Third-party components retain their applicable licenses and notices.
Personal is not offered during the founder launch. Any future multi-Mac offer and price will be announced separately.
Price and founder launch
Pricing updated September 9, 2026: the launch now uses the $1 / $9 / $19 batches below, followed by $29. This replaces the earlier $1-per-ten ladder ending at $19. Existing purchases and unexpired checkout quotes retain their original price; the launch deadline has not changed.
Website prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes, calculated before payment. Checkout may offer payment in your local currency through Stripe Adaptive Pricing, with the exchange rate and conversion fee shown before you pay. Your bank may charge its own fees. There is no subscription or automatic renewal.
The first 10 eligible paid purchases are $1 each, the next 20 are $9 each, and the next 30 are $19 each. New checkouts then cost $29. Complimentary orders do not advance the ladder; refunds do not rewind it. The launch lasts seven days from the published opening time. At that fixed deadline new checkouts cost $29 even if discounted batches remain. The countdown does not restart. The crossed-out $29 is the standard price after launch, not a previous selling-price claim.
The final price appears in Checkout before payment. Opening Checkout does not reserve a place. Your quoted USD price remains valid until that Checkout expires, even if other purchases raise the price in the meantime. A batch may therefore receive more payments than its stated size. If Checkout expires, start again at the current price.
Delivery and compatibility
Requires macOS 14 or later on an Intel or Apple Silicon Mac. This is not an iPhone, Windows or web app. After verified payment, your purchase page and email provide your license and download. If delivery is delayed, use license recovery or contact support.
First activation requires internet. An activated eligible version works offline. Activation, recovery and update services use the internet; your goals, projects and focus history stay on your Mac. See our privacy notice.
One year of updates
Your purchase includes updates released during the following year and continued use of your last eligible version. Later update renewal is optional and separately priced. No specific future feature or compatibility with future macOS versions is promised.
Refunds and support
Email support within 30 days of purchase for a refund, including discounted launch purchases. No review, testimonial or explanation is required. Refunds go to the original payment method; processing time depends on the payment provider. A refunded license is revoked. See the refund policy.
Support is by email, without a guaranteed response time. Keep backups of important local data. Focus time records effort, not guaranteed attention, output or business results.
Availability and your rights
We intend to sell internationally where payment processing and applicable law permit; availability is not guaranteed in every country. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights or remedies. Changes to these terms do not retroactively reduce the license and update rights included in an existing purchase.
