One goal, one session

Bring the next thing from your task list into Focus. A goal, project and session estimate are all optional. Start focus with or without them.

Estimates are a guide

Estimate how many sessions a goal might take. Completing the estimate does not mark the goal done or prevent another session. You decide when the work is finished.

Review and correct attribution

Sessions shows your recorded focus history. Its goal dropdown can correct a session’s goal and associated project without changing its time or status.

Your progress stays personal

Insights shows completed focus minutes by day and project. Current rank reflects recent focus time and may fall after a buffer; discovered ranks and earned achievements stay. Recorded minutes are not proof of output.

Data and assistants

Goals, projects and focus history stay on your Mac. You can export session records from the app. Optional read-only MCP lets a compatible assistant read selected local information.
